Born November 22, 1986, he holds a Bachelor of Education, Majority in English at the National University of Laos in 2009. He got High Diploma of Finance - Banking at Settha Business Administration College in 2008. He finished high school from Done Noun High School 2004.

Mr Chaliya VILAISOUK has worked for ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd., since 2009 in various positions. He was promoted to Assistant of Finance Consultant in 2013, Assistant Head of Operation Department in 2014 and became the Head of Finance Department of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd., since December 1st, 2021.
