Laotian. Born December 29, 1984. Mrs. Niddavanh Vatthanatham joined ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. In May 2008. She was the Chief of Branch Administrator at Vientiane Branch in 2009, then moved to work at Headquarters as Head of the Personnel Management Unit in the Human Resources Department. Subsequently, she was promoted to Assistant Head of the Human Resources Department where she was responsible for the Payroll Unit, Compensation Unit, and Performance Appraisal Unit, Currently she is the Risk Management Office Manager where she oversees the work in the Operational, Market & Treasury Risk Management Unit. She is also Secretary of the Board Risk Management and IT Committee. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Lao American College and a Master's Degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance under the Academic Service Cooperation Project between Rattana Business Administration College (Lao PDR) and Santapol College (Thailand).
