Laotian. Born October 20, 1983. Mr. Salongxay PHONPASERTH joined ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. in December 2009 as a Credit Officer. He was promoted to be Manager of Branch Internal Auditors at the Vientiane Branch in 2011 and then he became Branch Manager at Vientiane Branch in 2012. He was named Assistant Head of Human Resources Department in 2014. In 2019 he became the Risk Management Office Manager where he led and managed the work in the Operational, Market & Treasury Risk Management Unit and was also the Secretary of the Board Risk Management Committee of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. Currently, he is the Head of Human Resources Department of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Business Administration from the Comcenter College.
