Born February 3, 1977. Mr. Soeng Phorn joined Board of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. in September, 2020. He is the Head of Credit Division and the Chairman of the Management Credit Committee of ACLEDA Bank Plc. He is also a board member in Credit Bureau Cambodia (or the “CBC”) and also serve as a Member of Board Product Committee and Board Audit Committee. He obtained Master of Business Administration in Business Management, Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and received a graduate certificate for company director from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australia.

Mr.SOENG Phorn has joined ACLEDA Bank Plc for more than 22 years since 1998, with the various roles in leadership, audit, credit, and trade finance such as, Assistant Vice President and Manager of Internal Auditor, Assistant Vice President and Manager of District Office, Credit Department Manager, Deputy Head of Credit and Trade Finance Services Division, Deputy Head of Credit Division and Credit Consultant in Cambodia, Myanmar and Lao PDR.
